We are sorry to predict that higher fees will only drive more charities out of the campaign, which has lost more than half its participating organizations since the upfront fees were introduced in 2017. We understand that OPM's CFC budget is under great financial pressure and the decision-makers may feel they have no choice but to impose higher fees. But we fear the consequences.
