The latest CFC regulations, newly in effect for the 2017 campaign, brought some additional terms that we should introduce to the 99.9999999% of the population that doesn’t live in this world every day.

We have been quiet for a while, waiting for the changes introduced by OPM (details in this report) to work their way through the CFC. The Chronicle of Philanthropy reports that the United Way of America is now talking openly of asking Congress to block the proposed CFC regulations, published just today.
