Tables and chairs will be provided. You may arrive no earlier than 45 minutes before the start of each session and close down promptly at the end of the sessions. You must have picture ID.
If you wish to participate, you must contact Vickie Diggs (see below) no later than noon Monday, October 17, 2016. Responses received after that will be accepted as space permits.
There will be approximately 1,000 total people in attendance. ONLY THE FIRST 20 (with 2 alternate) charities to respond will be able to participate in the event. Complete information, details and instructions will be sent to the participating charities.
There is limited display space that can be used for flyers or take-aways from those charities that are not able to attend due to their physical location. If you are interested, please email Vickie Diggs separately.
