If your organization is selected as a confirmed participant for this event, you will receive an Event Confirmation email. At that point you will direct your event questions to the event host/ campaign coordinator:

You are allowed to distribute information material and give-aways of minimal value, or even prepackaged snacks/ candies at the CFC events. In fact donors love to visit appealing tables that have giveaways!
DO NOT solicit donations directly, do not accept monetary or in-kind gifts, do not collect or keep record of any employee contact information, do not accept pledge cards, per campaign regulations as agreed upon in your application. Violation of the event rules can result in your organization being removed from the CFC program.
