This fair typically includes 35-50 charities and is very well attended. Tables and chairs will be provided. Your organization is allowed to distribute materials, give-a-ways and information only.
This year event organizers are aiming to add a carnival-like element to the Fair, and and they ask that each charity provide some kind of game or challenge to make the event a fun time as well as a learning experience. The CFC’s theme this year is “Show Some Love”. Please incorporate this into your messaging. You set the tone for your charity – Make sure your charity is represented well! How does your table present, have you practiced your pitch?
Be sure to include your CFC Code on your materials! DO NOT solicit donations directly, do not accept monetary or in-kind gifts, and do not collect or keep record of any employee contact information, per campaign regulations as agreed upon in your application.
