If your organization is selected as a confirmed participant for this event, you will be CC’d on an Event Confirmation Email to the coordinator. At which point you will direct your event questions to the event host/ campaign coordinator:

ABOUT THE EVENT
The Department of Veterans Affairs will be having their Charity Fair at 9700 Page Avenue in St. Louis from 11am-1pm on December 13th. Average attendance is approximately 400 people. You will be provided a table for materials and literature. Please plan to stay for the entire event.
Your organization is allowed to distribute information material and give-a-ways of minimal value, or even prepackaged snacks/ candies at the CFC events – In fact donors love to visit appealing tables that have giveaways!
The CFC’s theme this year is “Show Some Love”. Please incorporate this into you messaging. Don’t forget to include your CFC Code on your materials!
You set the tone for your charity – Make sure your charity is represented well. How does your table present, have you practiced your pitch? Put your best impression forward, your mission will be glad you did!
DO NOT solicit donations directly, do not accept monetary or in-kind gifts, do not collect or keep record of any employee contact information, do not accept pledge cards, per campaign regulations as agreed upon in your application. Violation of the event rules can result in your organization being removed from the CFC program. Please review the full event rules/ policy you received with the program overview announcement.
