There will be ONLY 20 tables available. The first 20 to RSVP will obtain those tables. You will receive an email confirming your reservation. Tables will be available for all organizations to bring their materials to hand out. You will not need to bring your own tables and chairs. There is NO fee for tables for this event. A booth (table) for you and one representative will available for this event. Your organization will need to be set up by 1:00pm that day. The event will finish at 3:00pm.
Again, once the 20 tables that are available are reserved, you will be notified that you will be put on a waiting list. You may email or call to reserve your booth.
