Each charity organization will be speaking to audience of about 30 employees. 5 minutes speaking time allotted for each. Event will take place in auditorium, table space for handouts and information will be provided.
Charity organizations should arrive no later than 10:45AM. Please be prepared for a processing time of approximately 20 minutes, building escorts will be provided.
