You may arrive no earlier than 9:30 am and close down promptly at the end of the fair. You must sign in and have picture ID. All items/displays will be scanned when you arrive.
If you would like to participate, you must email Vickie Diggs (contact info below) no later than noon Wednesday, October 24, 2016. Any responses received after that must be sent to the sponsor directly (Amanda.Kupfner@fiscal.treasury.gov) to see if there is still space available.
There will be approximately 400 people in attendance. ONLY THE FIRST 10 with 2 alternate charities to respond will be able to participate in the event. Complete information, details and instructions will be sent to the participating charities.
There is limited display space that can be used for flyers or take-aways from charities not able to attend due to their physical location. If you are interested, please email Vickie Diggs separately.
