Hard copy registrations submitted can be sent through U.S. Postal Service, UPS or FedEx and must be addressed exactly as shown above. Paper registrations cannot be submitted/accepted electronically or by fax.
Please register early as only a limited number of exhibit tables are available. Registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be accepted after Friday, September 9, 2016.
Additional details will be sent to the point-of-contact for each registered organization the third week of September. Only those charities confirmed to participate will be allowed access to the Charity Fair. Charity representatives should plan to arrive at 9:00 a.m. the morning of the event; exhibits must be set up by 10:00 a.m.
Reminder: no more than two (2) live animals, reptiles, mammals, etc. are permitted as part of any display; charity representatives are required to maintain control of any/all animals, reptiles, mammals, etc. at all times.
