Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign (CVC)Deadline: circa April 30 Summary The Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign, CVC, reaches over 100,000 state employees annually. It is the only authorized payroll deduction fund drive offered to state employees. Annually CVC raises approximately $3.9 million for over 1,300 charities. Eligibility Requirements Note: This is a summary of the eligibility requirements for admittance to CVC. A list of the regulations can be obtained by contacting the campaign manager.
