Arizona State Employees Charitable Campaign (SECC)Deadline: circa April 9 Summary The Arizona State Employees Charitable Campaign, SECC, is the only authorized workplace giving campaign for state employees. Annually, the campaign raises approximately $1.5 million for over 700 charities. Approximately 94 percent of the money raised goes directly to the charities, making it one of the most cost effective state campaigns in the nation.
